Our first auction was held on October 29th, 2020 and we had over 1,200 bidders from 22 different countries all over the world! Thanks to all our buyers, sellers and our staff, all our auctions have been quite a success! Every auction of ours has had incredible on-site and online bidding activity.
This is meant merely as a guide with no warranties or guaranties expressed or implied.
All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with all faults. It is the buyer’s responsibility to have the item inspected to determine the condition, year, model, serial number, & mileage of the item from your inspection.
Full payment by cash, cashier check, wire transfer, credit card (3.5% surcharge).
Full settlement should be paid within 48 hours of the sale.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
Banks may charge a $25.00 fee to send a wire transfer.
Applicable taxes are due at time of settlement.
An executed resale certificate is required for any tax exemption, complete with all required taxing authorities’ numbers & permits.
A 10% Buyers premium is collected for all onsite buyers if paying by cash, cashier’s check, personal or business check with letter of guarantee from the bank or bank wire.
There is a 12% Buyers premium for all internet bidders.
Auctioneer’s announcements shall super cede any printed material.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping logistics and costs.
Security will not allow the removal of purchases without a release ticket.
The office will assist you with the release tickets for your transportation company on the items purchased at this auction.
Load out hours are Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM. Saturday pickup is available by appointment only. No Sunday load out. No loading after dark. Loading dock available onsite.
Items must be picked up within 15 natural days of the auction in which they were purchased, unless otherwise notified. Saturday pickup is available by appointment only. No Sunday load out. Load out hours are Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM. No loading after dark. Loading dock available onsite. A daily storage fee of $25.00 will be charged per item not removed within 15 days of the auction in which they were purchased. This fee must be paid to remove the items from our auction site.
The item will be considered sold without exception upon the final gavel by the auctioneer for that item and will become the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Possession of purchased items will be granted upon satisfactory settlement.
Terms for buyers’ premium are posted in the catalog and pertain only to the referenced auction.
Buyer is responsible for removing, placing insurance, arranging, loading and securing of load any items purchased.
Machinery auctioneers do not arrange or contract for shipment of buyers’ items.
A $55.00 admin fee will be added to the purchase price of all titled items.
PAYMENTS: Payment is due in full on auction day on all purchases. Purchases can be paid with cash, credit card, cashier’s check, or company check. ALL company checks must have a current bank guarantee letter made to South Texas Auctioneers, LLC guaranteeing payment.
STATE SALES TAX:TX sales tax applies to all items purchased. If you are a dealer and purchasing items for resale, you must present your resale certificate at time of settlement. If you are a Texas resident/farmer, you will have to have a Texas “AG certificate” card to be exempt. Out of state buyers must present either B.O.L. from third party common carrier or their resale certificate.
BUYERS PREMIUM: 10% Buyers Premium On-site.
WARRANTY: All items are sold as is, where is, with no warranties or guarantees. No refunds will be issued. All sales are final.
CREDIT CARD TERMS: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, & American Express. An additional 3.5% charge for credit card payments will be added to invoice. All credit card sales are final, no refunds on credit card payments.
DOCUMENTATION FEE: An additional $55.00 fee will be added to all titled items sold.
Occasionally an item must be removed from the auction due to circumstances beyond our control. If there is an item that you are interested in, please call ahead of time to ensure that it is registered into the auction.
